Why Now?

The music business has always been built on gatekeepers. But today, with platforms like TikTok, IG, and YouTube, the only real gatekeeper is access to the right information. We launched Artist Career Lab Accelerator as a new model of artist development — not with the intention of signing deals or taking a cut of anyone’s business, but providing mentorship, coaching, feedback, and access to top industry executives and resources.

In this program, you’ll learn best practices, get real-time feedback on your music & socials, and connect directly with top industry executives. With the right information and connections, you can grow and win.

Each class is capped at 30 artists to ensure personal attention. It’s a 3-month program with 3 group Zoom calls per week plus a private community portal filled with exclusive resources and tools. The Accelerator is for driven artists ready to apply what they learn.
